Privacy policy
Reclaim is made by Andora Labs. There is no account with us and no server that stores your data. Your streaks, notes and reasons are stored on your device. They leave it only if you choose to: as a backup file you save, or as a backup in your own Google Drive.
Google Drive backup (optional)
If you turn on backup, you sign in with Google. Reclaim uses that only to keep a copy of your streaks in a hidden app folder in your own Google Drive, which only Reclaim can read. The copy travels between your phone and Google; Andora Labs never receives it, your name or your email. Your name and email are shown on the phone so you know which account is connected. You can delete the copy and sign out in Settings, or remove Reclaim's access at myaccount.google.com/connections.
Crash reports
When Reclaim crashes or hits an error, it sends a report to Firebase Crashlytics, a Google service, so the problem can be fixed. A report holds the error, the app version, the phone model and Android version, and a random ID for this installation. It never holds your streaks, notes or reasons. Turn it off in Settings → Send crash reports. Reports are deleted after 90 days.
Ads
Free versions show ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, approximate location, and information about ad interactions to show and measure ads. Where the law requires it (EEA, UK and some US states), you are asked for consent first and can change your choice in Settings → Ad privacy choices. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Notices and updates
When you open Reclaim it may download a small file from reclaim.getandora.in, used to show an important notice or ask you to update. Like any web request, this passes your IP address to the server that hosts the file; it is not used to identify you. Google Play checks for app updates in the same way.
Purchases
Purchases are handled by Google Play. Reclaim receives only whether Premium is active, never payment details.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling Reclaim removes everything it stored on your phone. Deleting a streak in the app removes it immediately. A Google Drive copy is removed with Settings → Sign out of Google → Delete the copy.
Children
Reclaim is meant for adults and is not directed at children.
